Sketch – Is where it all begins. The idea can be presented in classic form on a napkin, envelope or even a sketchpad. As long as we have some idea as to the design vision we can interpret it.

CAD drawing – Is what we do with the napkin. This process is critical to the correct interpretation of the need and at this point all the curly issues are addressed. In many cases the drawing is presented with a photo real texture so clients have a total understanding of what they will receive. This document also addresses all work in glass issues such as hole sizes, edge treatments and processing requirements. The drawing locates all graphic imagery correctly and highlights PMS colours and other treatments.

Axolotl Glass requests client sign off and this document is then used on the factory floor to ensure expectations meet reality. Finished files can be supplied printed or in electronic format for e-mail.

End result – Is the finished product installed, on time and with no surprises.
